1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks such as receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Drive for success and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
