Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member. Our warehouse operations are crucial to ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, where our customers can enjoy them. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to succeed in your role.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
• Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines
• Load and unload shipments
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaboration

• Efficient organization and execution
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds
• Movement of merchandise and operational tasks
• Work in varying temperatures
• Safely operate industrial equipment
