Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
