1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and cooperate with a team.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
