Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's overall appearance and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
