Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment and deliveries, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvement and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting, and carrying.
