Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dedicated team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
