1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Shift Schedule

We are hiring for Schedule B, which requires working both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks, with 2 consecutive weekdays off when scheduled to work on the weekend.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
