1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing products for shipment. You will work collaboratively with peers and supervisors to maintain warehouse efficiency and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and ensure budget goals are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrates concern for product quality, safety, and collaboration with the team.
• Adapts positively to challenges and changes, maintaining peak effectiveness.
• Delivers excellent performance, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Interprets and applies company policies with efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Skills in arithmetic, communication, and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
