1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive, relocate, sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Inspect product quality and suggest improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions, and adapt positively to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk as needed.
• Work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold.
