1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, warehouse inventory management, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments (hot/cold).
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
