1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi to join our dynamic team. As a full-time member, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. Various shift options are available, including Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaboration within a team.
• Possess a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and physical positions.
