1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and relocating incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality concerns.
• Follow safety guidelines and notify management of issues.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
