Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a competitive starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- Assist in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively.

- Drive for success and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
