Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our teams consist of hardworking individuals who work in various areas, including ambient and temperature-controlled zones, and receive thorough training in safety procedures.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communication with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
