1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures the efficient handling of products, from receiving and selection to store delivery. As a part-time team member, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety measures are in place to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Maintain warehouse stock, prepare products for delivery, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
