Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, perform warehouse tasks, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
