Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team members play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring our products are ready for customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support budget goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
