1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and communicate concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate equipment.
