1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise effectively.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Attention to quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered equipment.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and walk.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
