1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership, following safety guidelines, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
