1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. The position is part-time, requiring fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in taking inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Collaborate and cooperate effectively with team members.

• Interpret and apply company policies accurately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Work both independently and within a team environment.
