1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. The role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and relocate incoming stock efficiently.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Inspect product quality and assist in process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and comply with warehouse standards.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work in varying temperatures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures.
