Job Description
The LNA-In-Training participant will work under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse, providing direct services to patients and assisting in unit functions. Responsibilities include completing assigned duties, following unit policies and procedures, and supporting the goals of the Nursing Department and CVMC/WDR.
Course Schedule
The Didactic and Clinical components of the course will run Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Upon completion of the course and passing the LNA licensure exam, Trainees will transition into full-time roles on their assigned unit.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and eagerness to learn.
