Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, such as receiving and sorting stock, loading and unloading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will work closely with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment.
