2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for 2nd Shift at ALDI. As a crucial part of our warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling of stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Participate in inventory counts and suggest process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
