2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a warehouse associate, you will play a key role in the efficient handling of merchandise, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and timely. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and provide input for process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team environment.
