2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
