2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in various temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
