Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a pivotal member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as stock selection, merchandise handling, and inventory management. If you are detail-oriented, can work efficiently both independently and in a team environment, and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety, we want to hear from you.
Shift
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM start time
Schedules
- Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
- Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
- Schedule B: Rotating weekends
- Schedule C: Every other weekend
- Schedule D: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to follow instructions.
