Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role involves selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently in a team environment and independently when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments effectively.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any concerns.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible to work 2nd shift schedules.
