2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive, relocate, sort, and load merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Adhere to ALDI Acts competencies focusing on quality, safety, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Positive attitude, ability to collaborate with a team, and drive for success.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperature conditions and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
