Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse crew, you will be responsible for various tasks including stock selection, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload goods efficiently for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain warehouse stock and prepare deliveries.
• Perform various physical tasks in different temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
