2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The position offers a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shifts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and load/unload shipments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, contribute to process improvements, and achieve budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi, with competencies in conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and work independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
