2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, providing quality service to our customers. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse standards and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Manage merchandise movement according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and process incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and adherence to company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
