Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the amazing team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers get the best products. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Contribute to achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
