Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.
• Inspect products, report quality and safety concerns, and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment.
