2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a valued member of our team, you will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and support to excel in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unloading.
• Contribute to maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and support budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
