Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 45 hours per week with a starting salary of $85,000 per year. As the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance with guidelines.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational results.
• Provide training and development opportunities to maximize team performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory efficiently.
• Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and resolving hazards.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, resilience, and strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage training, development, motivation, and discipline of direct reports.
• Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
