Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the demands of our customers. The position is part-time, offering fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and handle physical demands of the job.
