2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are vital in ensuring that our products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $25.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week. As a member of our warehouse team, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our logistics.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and cooperate in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Strong organization, efficiency, and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle objects up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
