2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Shift Schedule Options

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Organize merchandise and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
