2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for various tasks such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
