Job Description
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership, provide input to improve processes, and ensure product quality and safety. This role requires the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures. Basic arithmetic skills. Ability to work with attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
