2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the Aldi team. This position offers an opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with competitive starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean the warehouse to maintain appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
