2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. The position offers a starting wage of up to $28.75 per hour, along with various work schedules to suit different preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks in compliance with company standards.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in warehouse settings.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
