2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a competitive starting wage between $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and performing physical tasks.
