2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise in a safe and organized manner. The position is part-time, offering fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any quality, safety, or sanitation issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
