2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with colleagues and management to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Demonstrated quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Ability to adapt positively to pressure and change.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Capacity to operate powered industrial equipment.
