2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This position offers competitive starting wages up to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differentials. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. In addition, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvement, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrated conscientious attitude, collaboration with the team, positive resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
